wHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?

To ensure an enjoyable hospitality experience at Oran Park Hotel, we ask that you adhere to a smart casual dress guideline. Neat, clean, tidy & appropriate attire (such as collared shirts for males) and appearance at all times Our hosts will decline entry if personal grooming or some items of clothing are deemed too casual or inappropriate.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Singlets or tank tops (after 7pm)

  • Clothing with offensive language or designs

  • Dirty or excessively frayed / torn clothing

  • Dirty or scruffy joggers, thongs or bare feet

  • Gang clothing or insignia hats, caps, bandana’s, beanies (except for religious reasons)

  • Gang related tattoos

CAN I WALK IN OR DO I NEED A BOOKING?

Walks ins are more than welcome any day of the week. Bookings are recommended for Friday & Saturday nights as they are our busiest periods.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BOOK FOR?

When booking through our website you may book up to 20 people. If you would like to add more people to your reservation, please add a request in your notes when booking and we will do our best to accommodate and our events team will be in contact with you.

Bookings 21+ will be considered a function and will need to be booked through our

functions/events team via an online enquiry on our website.

HOW LONG IS MY BOOKING FOR?

All bookings are allocated for 2 hours, however on most occasions you are welcome to have the table for longer. Please add a note into your booking if you are wanting the table for longer than 2 hours and we will do our best to accommodate.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY BOOKING?

Your table will be held for up to 15 minutes from reservation time. If you are later than this please phone us and we will do our best accommodate.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY BOOKING?

Yes, you can cancel or edit your booking through the confirmation email sent after your booking has been made. Alternatively, feel free to contact us via our enquiry form.

CAN I BRING DECORATIONS / CAKE?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring decorations and a cake. If you require us to cut your cake, there is a cakeage charge of $2.50pp (max $50). However, we can provide you with a knife and plates free of charge if you would like to cut and serve your cake yourselves.

ARE UNDER 18’S ALLOWED TO COME INTO THE VENUE?

Under 18’s are welcome into our venue but they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. All under 18’s must leave the venue by 9:30pm on any given night unless attending a private event with pre-approval.

IS THERE FREE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. We have an underground carpark as well as an overflow parking lot across the road from the hotel.

DO YOU HAVE A COURTESY BUS?

Our courtesy bus can accommodate up to 7 guests and is able to be booked for drop off within a 5km radius.

DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

Yes, we do. RewardMe is Momento Hospitality’s Membership Loyalty App where you receive special offers and members discounts on food and beverage to spend across selected venues. You can find more details including how to sign up online here.

ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

Qualified Assistance animals (with a jacket) are welcome anytime. Staff have the right to request documentation provided by the Assistance Dogs Australia or NSW Pet registry.
