THE MENU
Antipasto sharing boards
Smoked mortadella, prosciutto, bocconcini, olives, roasted antipasto salad, marinated capsicum, tomato bruschetta and sea salt focaccia crostini.
Margherita pizza
San Marzano tomato, Fior Di Latte, Grana Padano, basil and EVOO.
Spicy Italian sausage pizza
San Marzano tomato, Fior Di Latte, hot salami, nduja, roasted peppers, buffalo mozzarella and green olives.
Mediterranean pasta salad
Roasted eggplant, cherry tomato, red onion, capers, capsicum, raisins, green olives, feta cheese, basil and oregano.
Cannoli station
Vanilla custard, whipped ricotta, Nutella custard, pistachios, chocolate chips, hazelnuts and maraschino cherries.

The beverage package runs for two hours, not the full 12pm–4pm event.
A non-alcoholic beverage package is available at the same ticket price: $79 per person + 3% service fee.
