Enjoy our Easter seafood and sweet treats available across the long weekend. Exclusive to our ground floor dining.

Please note: Easter specials must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance by adding an upgrade to your booking. Pre-payment is required. 

• Hot Cross Bun Brûlée Wreath – $50 for 10 pieces

• Smoked Salmon Wreath – $80
  Cream cheese, cucumber, salmon roe, dill, capers, fennel, avocado, radishes, crème fraîche, served with sea salt flatbread and crackers.

• Prawn Tower – $120
  2kg of Australian tiger prawns served with Marie Rose, cocktail sauce, yuzu mayo and lemon.

• Seafood Platter – $195
  Chilled seafood platter featuring freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters (8), ocean king prawns (8), Moreton Bay bugs (2), scallop ceviche (4), blue swimmer crab (2), calamari salad (300g), salmon rillettes & roe (120g), served with Marie Rose, lemon, mignonette, cocktail sauce and sea salt flatbread.
